NVCWDA Dance Demo for National Dance Day on 09/21/2019
September 21 from 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
Come celebrate National Dance Day at an event hosted by the City of Fairfax at the Old Town Square from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. American Dance Movement (Formerly Dizzy Feet Foundation) established National Dance Day to get local communities dancing together, highlighting the importance of dance for both physical movement and building community.
The event in Fairfax will showcase various dance groups during the day, with NVCWDA’s dance team performing from 12:30-1:00 p.m.
The Old Town Square is outside next to the Old Town Hall. The event is free and open to the public. Free parking, including the library parking deck across the street, is available around town.

11:30 a.m. – McGrath Morgan Academy of Irish Dance
11:45 a.m. – Senior Olympic Line Dance Teams
12:00 p.m. – The Masonettes
12:30 p.m. – Northern Virginia Country-Western Dance Association Dance Team
